Adobe certification programs
In an increasingly competitive world, students and instructors need to be more than familiar users of digital communications technology to be successful. Certification can help provide the added credential for instructors as well as open new opportunities for students in the 21st century.
Adobe offers multiple options for students and instructors to validate their digital media skills.
Now educators and students can get certified for both entry- level (Adobe Certified Associate) and professional-level (Adobe Certified Expert) skills.
Adobe Certified Associate
Announcing a new certification program - Adobe Certified Associate
This certification is a credential that validates entry-level skills needed to plan, design, build, and maintain effective communications by using different forms of digital media.
Developed and deployed by Certiport, each associate-level certification exam will correspond to a particular Adobe application used for digital communication, and will represent a single certification. Coming in 2008, are certifications for:
- Web Communication using Adobe Dreamweaver CS3
- Rich Media Communication using Adobe Flash CS3
- Visual Communication using Adobe Photoshop CS3
View the learning objectives covered on these exams and use the new curriculum developed specifically for preparing students to be successful on these exams.
Instructors and students can take these exams at a local testing center or on site. Academic institutions can easily run these certifications on site, by becoming a testing center. Educators can work with representatives from Certiport EMEA in England and Prodigy in Ireland to learn the requirements for becoming a testing center.

ACE exam discount for educators
Educators and students are eligible for 50% off the regular fee for the Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) exam. Register online to take advantage of this offer.
Once you have registered online, you will be sent an e-mail message that contains a unique voucher number that allows you to sign up for an ACE exam* at the educator discount by contacting one of the following testing companies.

ACE certification is a recognized worldwide standard for Adobe software expertise, so sign up now to take the exam (and don't forget to study).
Important: If you have already registered and need a new voucher number, you may re-register for a new number. Educators are allowed to register more than once. You do need a separate voucher number for each exam.
